Fast, Reliable Service
We respond quickly, arrive when scheduled, and work efficiently to get your driveway or site back in proper working order.
Built from real field experience—not theory.
Like a lot of good things, this company didn’t start in an office—it started in the field.
After years of working in the trades, getting hands-on experience with grading, excavation, and site work, we saw the same problem over and over again: homeowners, especially in rural areas, were getting rushed work, poor drainage solutions, and driveways that didn’t last.
We knew there was a better way to do it.
So we built one.
We started this company with a simple goal—to deliver high-quality grading and gravel driveway work that’s done right the first time. No shortcuts. No guesswork. Just solid work backed by the right equipment, the right process, and real experience.
From day one, we invested in professional-grade equipment and tools so we could handle jobs the way they’re supposed to be done—proper grading, correct base layers, drainage solutions that actually work, and finishes that hold up over time.
Today, we proudly serve homeowners across the Columbia, South Carolina area—including West Columbia, Lexington, Chapin, Prosperity, Blythewood, Irmo, Camden, and surrounding rural communities.
We specialize in helping property owners who need long-lasting solutions—whether it’s a new gravel driveway, repairing a washed-out road, or improving drainage around their land.
At the end of the day, our reputation is built on one thing: doing the job right, so you don’t have to do it twice.

Call us or submit a quote request. Tell us what is going on with your property and what you need addressed.
We visit the property, identify what is causing the problem, and walk you through exactly what needs to be done and what it will cost.
We complete the work efficiently, clean up the site, and make sure everything matches what was agreed on before we leave.
Most residential installations are completed in one to two days depending on the length, the condition of the existing surface, and whether drainage work is needed at the same time. We give you a clear timeline before work begins.
Grading is shaping the land correctly from the start. Regrading is correcting a surface that has settled, shifted, or was never sloped properly in the first place. Both are about making sure water runs away from your driveway and property instead of pooling or cutting through it.
If water crosses your driveway during rain, backs up at your road entrance, or erodes the edges of your access point regularly, a culvert is likely needed. We assess the flow path during our site visit and recommend the right size and placement.
What does drainage correction actually involve?
It depends on the property. It can mean regrading the surface to change how water flows, installing a culvert to move water under a driveway, cutting a drainage channel, or correcting a slope that is directing runoff toward a structure. We look at the whole site before recommending anything.
If the base has failed, the surface has significant rutting, or water is consistently washing material off the road, a repair will not hold long term. A full rebuild addresses the base, the grade, and the drainage together. We will tell you honestly which one makes sense for your situation.
What site prep work do you handle before construction?
We handle clearing, rough grading, excavation, drainage correction, and access road preparation. Whether you need the land shaped for a build or an area prepared for future use, we get the site to a condition where the next phase can move forward without issues.
We work with both. Homeowners come to us for driveway repairs, drainage fixes, and site improvements. Contractors bring us in for excavation, grading, and site prep work that needs to be done before the next phase of a project can begin. Either way the process is the same — we assess the site, give a clear quote, and get the work done.
Are you licensed and insured to do excavation and earthworks in South Carolina?
Yes. We carry full licensing and insurance on every job. That covers you as the property owner and protects the work site from start to finish. We can provide documentation before work begins if needed.
Every time. We visit the site, assess what needs to be done, and give you a written quote before any work starts. The price in the quote is the price you pay. We do not start a job and adjust the number afterward.
